Training holds and finger boards from Holdfast
The brief was to design products economical in terms of both space and price which enabled meaningful exercise within the constraints of a modern home. We feel that this has been achieved in the following compact shapes which preserve the familiar Holdfast well-rounded curves essential for regular routines such as pull-ups and dead-hangs.
T1 Trainer hold
This is a large (single) bolt-on hold providing big jug, sloper, flat and incut edges, and 2/3 finger pockets. Approximate dimensions are 230 x 120 x 64mm. Holds are rubber backed for frequent rotation and supplied with M10 bolt and T-nut. Available singly or as a pair of identical holds. You can also buy a pair ready mounted on 18mm plywood.

T3 Fingerboard
Excellent variety of features (jugs, slopers, edges and 3-finger pockets) in this compact board which can be inverted to give 10 options per hand to give 10 options per hand. It comes ready mounted on a MDF (18mm) backboard pre-fitted with T-nuts and primed mid-grey. An additional central T-nut point allows you to connect a “bungee” assist. The backboard is drilled 4 x 8mm for wall fixings (not supplied as standard but we can assist if desired). Maximum hold dimensions 420 x 160 x 75mm (backboard 500 x 240 x 18mm). An outdoor version (AW) is also available mounted on treated plywood. Suggestions for training are included.
